When you book online, our booking form, which runs on Jotform, collects your name, phone number, email address, the date and time you want, the services you want, and any notes you add. When you message us through Google, Google carries the conversation and shares your messages with us. When you call us, we see your phone number. If you leave a review or post a photo on Google or Facebook, those services make it public under their own rules.
How we use it
We use this information to schedule and confirm your appointment, send you a reminder the day before and a follow-up afterwards, answer your questions, keep the business records we need, protect the salon and our staff, and meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that run our booking, email and messaging on our behalf (Jotform and Google), and we may disclose it if the law requires us to. Those services, along with WordPress.com, which hosts this site, and Facebook, handle your data under their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and appointment records for as long as we need them to run the salon and to meet our legal obligations, and then we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your booking details at any time by calling (309) 661-1816 or emailing nailtipsalonbloomington@gmail.com. Our website and booking form are intended for adults; a parent or guardian books on behalf of a child.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website, form or messaging service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information sent to us online.
Changes
We may update this policy at any time by posting a new version on this page.
