These terms apply to nailtipsalon.com, our online booking form, messages sent to us through Google, and your visits to the salon. By booking, messaging or visiting us, you agree to them.
Appointments
An online booking is a request for a time. We confirm it by email and send a reminder the day before. Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten the service or offer the time to another customer. To change or cancel, call (309) 661-1816 as early as you can. Walk-ins are welcome and are served in order of arrival.
Prices and payment
The prices on this site are our regular prices and may change without notice. Please call to confirm a price before your visit. Payment is due at the time of service, and all sales are final. If something is not right, please tell us before you leave so we can correct it.
Your health and safety
Please tell us before your service about any allergies, skin or nail conditions, injuries or other health concerns. We may decline a service that we believe is unsafe for you, and we are not responsible for a reaction to a condition or sensitivity you did not tell us about. Results vary from person to person and depend on how nails are cared for afterwards, so please follow the aftercare advice we give you.
Right to refuse service
We may refuse or stop a service for anyone who is abusive to our staff or other customers, who arrives unwell, or who asks for a service we consider unsafe.
Children and belongings
Children are welcome. Please supervise your children at all times while they are in the salon. Please keep your belongings with you; we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.
Limitation of liability
We do our work with care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nail Tip Salon is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the price paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Illinois law.
Messaging
If you message us through Google, an automated assistant may answer routine questions such as hours, directions and services. A member of our team reads the conversation and takes over when needed. Messages are not for emergencies, and we may not see them right away, so please call us for anything urgent. Please do not send sensitive personal information by message. Standard text message rates from your carrier may apply.

Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of McLean County, Illinois. We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version on this page.
